We are closely monitoring the situation as it continues to evolve, and adhering strictly to all best practices released by the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization. Any changes to how we conduct business will be communicated as quickly as possible, but for the time being, we will be taking the same steps that many others have outlined in recent days.
Our team will be taking several strict precautionary measures to protect the health of both our customers and our technicians. These include:
Frequent and thorough hygiene protocols: High-use objects and surfaces in our offices, trucks, and around our work area will be sanitized frequently, and all technicians will be equipped with things like hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes
Maintaining a safe distance: Though our technicians will be as friendly as ever, we will be foregoing the handshakes for the time being, and we will strive to keep the recommended 6 feet between ourselves and others
Encouraging employee care: If any employee displays symptoms of illness, even extremely mild, they are asked to stay home and seek treatment from a physician and only return once given a clean bill of health
